Have you been contacted by a ghost via telephone? Or Maybe you have received a strange message on your computer? chances are you have and if you think you have you are not alone, in this modern day and age hundreds of if not thousands of people worldwide report such phenomena every day or more, in the past spirits had to come up with clever ways to make themselves known but today it is quite easy, they can leave a very clear message on your computer especially if you leave something like notepad open and forget about it or they can even leave phantom messages on your telephones answering machine or call you from a strange unknown number and briefly talk to you, thats one hell of a long distance call!.

Here Are Signs That You Have Encountered A Ghost Via Modern Technology:

Computers - before you jump to conclusions please be sure to check for viruses!
1. If you have left your notepad open on your computer and go to say cook dinner and upon returning there is a strange message on it and you are all alone chances are some phantom spook is the culprit.

2.If you type in a web address that you normaly type all the time but your computer goes to another website, especially if the page is an obituary or a page of someone you don't know it maybe a ghost trying to tell its tale, however make sure you did not just mistype the address.

3. If for example you have no screen savers on your computer or a specific one set, and a different saver comes up perhaps with strange messages or images you don't have on your PC, chances are a ghost is trying to communicate.

4. Keys are mysteriously hit on your keyboard, this phenomena is very rare and hard to decipher, and chances are you wont get to experience the whole thing because this happens so fast, but if you are quick enough try to grab a pen and paper and write down each key as it is hit, and then put it all together and see what message you have been given.

5.Unexplained voices or sounds emanate from your computers speakers, is your name being called from your computers speakers? are hearing sounds that appear to be someone crying or laughing? this could be a sign of a ghost especially if the volume on your computer is turned down!.

Telephones - make sure to call an operator and see if the number exists before claiming it to be a ghost.
1. Have you gotten home from work or school only to find that there is a message on your phone from an unknown number? perhaps a number that is just not possible for example: 000-123-456? and then you listen to the message only to find a distant raspy voice saying a simple hello or other message filled with static? you've got ghostly voice mail!.

2. Have you ever picked up a phone call from a strange number only to to find a distant raspy voice saying a simple hello or other message filled with static? yes it is the same as above but this time your actually talking a ghost!.

3. Crossed lines? maybe not!, have you been on the phone having a nice good conversation when your conversation is suddenly interrupted by a stranger saying something like, hi Margret! many people attribute this phenomena to telephone lines crossing, but if this happens frequently, or if the message from the person who interrupted is relevant to you, the person you are talking to or the conversation, heads up! its a ghost.

4. Your phone keeps dialing a strange number by itself, this usually occurs mostly with cell phones and it could be a desperate attempt by a ghost to reach a loved one or maybe a clue possibly in helping the ghost solve its own murder.

5. Another known way strange messages are left by spirits is via text messages, if this has happened to you make sure you call your cell phone's provider and tell them the number the text message has come from, if the number does not appear in any database chances are its a text message from the other side.

Fax Machines, Copy Machines & Printers - again make sure that there is no other possible explanation like someone having your fax number.
1. have you received a strange message via your fax machine? maybe it has something unreadable on it or maybe the message is more clear and relevant? if you are sure that the fax number it came from is not available and that no one is having a good time playing prank fax than you may have a prank fax from a ghost!.

2. Does your printer keep printing out strange things? like faces of unknown people or strange messages? if you have checked your computer for viruses and it is all clear then a phantom is trying to tell you something.

3. Much like above if your copy machine is making copies that appear to be of strange images and messages then it is most likely a ghost, this phenomena is a little harder to debunk unlike the methods above because there is no way a copy machine can perform on its own unless a spirit is trying to talk to you or if a spirit from the old days before modern technology is trying to figure out what that contraption is.

These are the most common and known ways spirits try to communicate due to the high energy output, but more ways are being explored by our phantom friends each day, keep your eyes open!
